Embroidered Collection Terms and Conditions

We design and retail machine embroidered items.
All GOLD embroidery designs are original and the property of Pauline Thomas.


Most items are bespoke and embroidered individually to order, and can take up to 28 days to deliver unless they are available immediately from stock or indicated as a limited stock item in the online shop.

Colours of the embroidery and metallic threads used are at the total discretion of Pauline Thomas. However if you require specific colours for the embroidery or help with simple alterations such as sleeve shortening for example please contact us directly.

Payment security

We accept most major cards for payment and will confirm receipt of your order by email.

You can either Pay Online. Your card transaction and payment details will be secure through NOCHEX online payment services going through a fully authenticated and 3D Secure Validation Check.

NOCHEX will appear on your bank statements on behalf of Embroidered Collection for the value of your transaction.


you can follow the Print to Post route, print off two copies of your order and post one with your cheque payable in sterling to Embroidered Collection, at the address below, keeping the duplicate copy for your own records. So completing the transaction entirely by post.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders where payment details requested are incomplete, illegible or unauthorised.


Post and Packing costs for the UK are 3.90 with postal delivery by Royal Mail.

Mailing costs for EU Europe and Worldwide destinations are calculated by an estimate, based on the known average weight of items supplied and the mailing service used, appropriate to the destination (within Europe or Worldwide).

Most items for the UK will be 1st class packet post for up to 3 kg.

Overseas packets up to 2 kg will go Airmail Service.

All other parcels up to 4 kg will be delivered by Parcelforce, and a signature will be required on delivery.

Parcels going overseas may be liable for custom duties, taxes and clearance fees. Embroidered Collection cannot be held responsible for any of these, as it is the responsibility of the addressee.

Keeping you informed

If there are problems with the supply of any item for us to embroider for any part of your order we will let you know by email or phone and where possible suggest alternatives before cancelling and/or processing refunds.
Our online prices may vary from those offered by us at shows listed on our Events calendar.

For special commissions and projects that require designing, setting up and digitising from artwork please contact us directly to discuss your requirements personally. All origination is done in house and every project is different and deserves individual consultation.

External web links are used on this website to other reputable third party sites of companies which we are involved with eg show organisers and branded clothing. Embroidered Collection does not monitor and is in no way responsible for the content or privacy practices of such sites.

Cookies are used on this site, they are small files placed on your hard drive that assist in providing recognition of your shopping session. If you have chosen to block such cookies then you will be unable to process your order on this site and will need to contact us directly to place your order.

We would like to keep in contact with you following your order, to let you know about new designs, products and events. If you do not wish to be contacted in this way please let us know your preference on your order by ticking the relevant box.

We will respect the privacy of your personal details given to us during the processing of your order. We will not transfer your details to any third parties for their commercial use, other than for delivery purposes.


Should you need to return anything that you are not entirely satisfied with, please complete and enclose the supplied RETURNS form indicating whether you would like an exchange or a refund and return the item within 14 days of receipt, in saleable condition with any labels still attached and preferably in the original packaging.

Goods must be returned at your expense and with the appropriate postage.
Please obtain proof of posting when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the return post.
Costs of any P&P costs will only be refunded if the item returned to us is found to be faulty.
Refunds will be processed by the same route as the original payment was made.
We regret that we cannot exchange or refund for items that have been altered at the customer's request eg. special colours or tailoring.
